As I am a Type II diabetic, all recipes on this website are keto or low carb and diabetic friendly.
- ⅓ Lb Ground Fatty Hamburger
- ⅓ Lb Ground Pork
- ¼ C Pork Rind Dust***
- 1 Egg
- ¼ C Finely Diced Or Minced Onion
- 2 T Sour Cream (Or Yogurt)
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- ½ t Garlic Salt
- ½ t Ground Sage
- ¼ t Curry Powder
- ¼ t Ginger Powder
- ¼ t Allspice
- ¼ t Pepper
- ¼ t Liquid Smoke
- ⅓ C Allulose***
- 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 t Orange Extract
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Form into a loaf (or into a small loaf pan if you have one).
- Bake 25-30 minutes, remove from oven, rest 5-10 minutes, and cut into 6 small pieces.
- Beat all ingredients.
- On low heat bring to simmer for a minute or so. The sauce will thicken. Remove from heat.
- Plate meatloaf and drizzle with sauce.
