The recipes on this site ARE NOT only for diabetics, but for anyone who wishes to eat a more healthy lifestyle and at least cutting down on junk food and seed oils.

I began my Keto-LowCarb journey 13 years ago and the journey will end…when I do. I do not, nor have I ever, taken any drugs or injected insulin. My weight and my diabetes are both controlled by what I put into my mouth and…if I can do it…you can do it too. There are lots of my own life stories interwoven into the recipes and I hope at least some of them make you laugh.
