I personally would not eat them and I’m not necessarily sure they are as low carb as they say. Ingredients include: Whole Wheat Flour, Vital Wheat Gluten, Powdered Cellulose, Vegetable
Shortening (Interesterified Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil and/or
Palm Oil)…
