Deborah, just a quick note to say how much I appreciate your site. I am not a diabetic, but am following a low carb lifestyle…not keto…more Atkins. I am 63 and have found that this WOE is what works best for me. Only wish I had stayed on it when I first did it as a young woman in the 70s! Best regards!!
